The investment Estate of Highgate has decided to rebrand its 4 properties that are located in Algarve. These properties are owned under the name of Marriott International. Renovations for these properties will begin in the year 2024.

Renovations Begin From 2024

Marriott International will begin its renovations this year. It is expected that these renovations will be completed by the year 2025. All properties will be reopened in the next year. The company will renovate these four properties. These properties are located in the Salgados beach resort. The properties will be the first-ever Highgate properties managed in Portugal. It has joined the Marriot International in this scenario. The properties that will be rebranded are as follows:

• Westin Salgados Beach Resort
• The Residences located at the Westin Salgados Beach Resort
• Algarve Marriott Salgados Golf Resort & Conference Center
• Marriott Residences Salgados Resort

Highgate has explained that these properties will be much better than before. The standards for these properties will be much higher. The company has stated:

As part of the rebranding, the four properties will align with the respective brand standards of Westin and Marriott Hotels to enhance guest experiences and service excellence.

Highgate Properties Are Redesigned

The company is also looking into the comprehensive redesign of every property. These properties will have new guest accommodations, public spaces, and food outlets. It will have much modern style with the latest technology style. All these properties will be completely redesigned by the end of next year. The CEO of Highgate Portugal, Alexandre Solleiro has expressed his happiness over this situation. He stated:

Westin Salgados Beach Resort

Westin Salgados Beach Resort will have the facility to offer a beachside experience for the guests. It has 95 rooms and suites along with 42 residences for incoming guests. Most of the rooms have direct access to the beach where visitors can have first-hand experience. It has many facilities that include:

• A complete 18-hole Salgados Golf Course

Marriot Salgados Golf Resort

This resort in Algarve has one of the largest conference centers in the region. It features some of the unique facilities like well-furnished suites. It has 228 rooms with a beach view. A majestic golf course is also available for the visitors. The facility offers 1598 seating capacity in the auditorium. It has 4 outdoor pools with heated facilities like a jacuzzi.

Salgados Beach Resort

This resort will also be a part of the Marriott Residences of Salgados Resort. This will have around 192 residences with a big gold course in the resort. Some of the rooms even offer beach side view and a walking distance to the beach.
