The Lagos Marina Hotel has laid its first stone as construction of a new hotel has begun. This hotel has been invested in around 108 million Euros which will be built in Lagos. This will be a new beginning for the tourist development in the country.

First Stone Laid For Lagos Marina Hotel

Lagos Marina Hotel will be the new tourist attraction in the city. It is built for customers from various countries to see the city’s scenic beauty. This project is the construction of two hotels. One is a five-star hotel, and the other one is a four-star hotel. These hotels are as follows:

• Lagos Marina Hotel: A five-star hotel Curio Collection by Hilton (Capacity: 189 rooms)
• Hilton Garden Inn Lagos: Four-Star Hotel (Capacity of 90 rooms)

This project will be completed by 2026 when both hotels will be opened to the public. The development of this whole project is nearly 107.8 million Euros. It will also aid in creating more jobs. The company estimates to create around 188 jobs for the construction of this new project. The hotel is designed to take advantage of the solar exposure in the Algarve so electricity costs can be reduced. The group has stated:

[The project] harmoniously integrates the property into the surrounding space, filled with lush gardens and incomparable views.

Lagos Marina Hotel

The Lagos Marina hotel will have 180 rooms which are spread all over the 4 floors. The total area of the hotel is 14,776 square meters. It will consist of an exquisite restaurant and two bars as well. One of the bars will be located on the balcony of the infinity pool. This scene will be worth watching as the Algarve is a beautiful place.

Another pool will be located on the ground floor of the building. This pool is near the other exciting facilities like the spa or the fitness center. Guests can visit this pool when they spend more time at the spa. The company built two pools to accommodate their guests. They stated:

[The Second Pool is located at a place where] guests can relax after a day at the spa or the fitness facilities.

Hilton Garden Inn Lagos

This hotel, Hilton Garden Inn in Lagos, is part of the new construction of the two hotels built specially for locals and tourists. This hotel will feature 90 rooms which will have 27 suites along with kitchenettes. The total area of this hotel is 7,505 square meters. It also includes a bar, restaurant, and 24-hour service area for customers.

It also features a gym for people to exercise and stay healthy. An outdoor swimming pool will also be built in this hotel. These two hotels will have meeting rooms as well. It also has the same compound where 160 parking spaces will be provided in the parking lot. This space will be shared by both hotels. The President of the Mercan Properties Group stated:
